Is Britney Spears being controlled by someone who has sexually abused her? According to the rantings on Courtney Love's twitter and facebook, Courtney believes Britney's father, Jamie Spears molested Britney when she was a child. Courtney even goes on to suggest that she heard this first hand from Britney herself. The rock mess is even willing to take on any lawyers that might suggest she keep quiet. An excerpt from her revelations can be found on Breatheheavy.com.
It was almost two years ago that Britney's father, Jamie Spears took over her life. Effectively having complete control of her estate, business dealings and medical care. A conservatorship, that is usually reserved for the severely ill or elderly was placed on Britney after a very public meltdown and a 72 hour psychiatric hold.
Many have questioned why the Pop Star is clearly able to tour the world but is put in the same legal category as a person who can not house, clothe or feed themselves. One of her number one fan sites, Breatheheavy.com has placed handcuffs on an image of Britney and vows to do so until Britney is released from the conservatorship.
In addition, Britney was denied the choice of her own lawyer to represent her and was given a court appointed lawyer. The lawyers handling the case for her father Jamie Spears and Britney have amassed huge legal bills in the millions of dollars. Jamie Spears himself was widely reported to be earning $18,000 per month from her estate.
Mr. Spears is an admitted alcoholic, who was previously estranged from his daughter at the time he took total control of her life. With that much money at stake, it seems no one would be particularly motivated to give Britney the opportunity to live her life as a free citizen.
With the Pop Star being highly influential over millions of young woman, it is a concern what kind of message the conservatorship is sending. If Britney Spears did not have a vast fortune at her disposal, would she still be under such stringent restrictions in her adult life?

Miley Cyrus Says "Zac Efron is The Hottest Person in the World"
Miley Cyrus doesn't just hate the Twilight Saga, an opinion to which she's entitled.
But the jealous singer actually referred to it as a "cult" this week, going off on fans that follow the franchise.
In that same interview with Sirius XM’s The Morning Mash, though, Miley made it clear she feels exactly the opposite way about Zac Efron.
"I think Zac Efron is the hottest person in the world," she said. "I really, really like him."
Miley Cyrus, of course, is aware that Zac is taken. But his relationship with Vanessa Hudgens is actually a major reason for the attraction, she added.
"Zac could get any girl... and do whatever, and he is so loyal and a really good friend... He's just like super good looking."
Also in the interview, Miley Syrus told she could "neither confirm nor deny" that she's dating Liam Hemsworth. That might be her way of keeping her private life private.
Or it might be her way of letting Efron know she's available if he wants her. Keep a sharp eye out, Vanessa!

19.2 million people watch Donny Osmond win
An estimated 19.2 million people watched Donny Osmond win "Dancing With the Stars" — the smallest audience for the show's finale since the first season.
This was the ninth edition of the contest, one of television's most popular shows. The Nielsen Co. says ratings have been down all season for the show, an indication that viewers weren't as attached to the contestants as they had in the past.
Osmond said the show has been a highlight in a career of ups and downs. He competed during the show's finale Tuesday against singer Mya and Kelly Osbourne, daughter of rock star Ozzy Osbourne.
From NEW YORK (AP) — Donny Osmond was declared the new champion of "Dancing With Stars" on Tuesday night, taking home the show's mirror ball trophy in the season finale of the ABC contest reality program.
Osmond, the former teen pop star of the singing Osmond family, said the show has been a highlight in a career of ups and downs.
"I did it!" Osmond exclaimed. He promptly rushed to the audience and plucked out his wife, Debbie, whom he carried across the stage.
Helping push Osmond over the top was the tango he performed Tuesday with his professional dancing partner, Kym Johnson. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba hailed it as "artistry in motion." It earned the top score of the final performances.
Three celebrities made it to the finale of the show's ninth season — Osmond, Mya and Kelly Osbourne, the daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. The show picks a winner with a combination of judges' scores and viewer votes.
Mya entered as the favorite, having won the highest scores on Monday's show. Dancing with Dmitry Chaplin, she performed a jive.
"I'm just so happy to have made it to the finals," Mya said after the loss.
The 30-year-old singer is most famous for collaborating on the Grammy-winning hit "Lady Marmalade" from the soundtrack of 2001's "Moulin Rouge!"
With her famous family — Ozzy, Sharon and Jack — looking on, Osbourne and professional partner Louis Van Amstel danced to a cover of Ray LaMontagne's "Trouble." The 25-year-old was clearly moved and began crying after her last dance.
She thanked the audience and said she had "grown so much" during the show. Co-host Samantha Harris said Osbourne had become "a swan."
The finale culminated a season of good ratings for "Dancing With the Stars," which consistently ranked as one of the most-watched shows of the fall.
The contestant who grabbed the most headlines, former Congressman Tom DeLay, had to withdraw in the third week of competition because of stress fractures in both feet. A healed DeLay returned Tuesday night to dance the Texas two-step routine he had hoped to perform.
All former contestants returned, including former Dallas Cowboys receiver Michael Irvin, who performed a dance-off to the theme of "Monday Night Football" with another NFL receiving great, Jerry Rice, who was a contestant on the second season of "Dancing With the Stars." The judges declared Rice the winner.
Pop singer Aaron Carter, voted off this season, performed a dance to the theme of "The Muppet Show." Animal took the drums, while Miss Piggy lurked backstage.
Mistakes on the dance floor weren't the only missteps of ABC's live broadcast. At the top of the show, as highlights from Monday's show ran, the video froze on shot of Miss Piggy, prompting host Tom Bergeron to remind viewers that the broadcast was live and send the show to an early commercial break.
Whitney Houston also made a guest appearance to perform her "Million Dollar Bill" and the fitting "I Wanna Dance With Somebody."
Gymnast Shawn Johnson won last season's "Dancing With the Stars."
ABC can expect high ratings for Tuesday's finale. Last week's results show attracted an audience of 16.2 million.

‘Jon & Kate Plus 8’ ends this week
“I feel like it’s been taken from us, from me and the kids.” Kate Gosselin was talking about “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” the TV series that ended this week after five seasons due to the disagreements between Jon and Kate. The hour mixed direct-to-camera, separate interviews with Kate (“The kids are already missing [the show]”) and Jon (“I became more educated about myself… I felt like I was free [after the separation]”).
The last edition followed its now-usual format: separate activities with each parent. Kate took the kids to an organic farm where cows were milked. Jon organized a lemonade stand to raise money for the local fire department. In a repulsive moment that typified why this series had to end, the older kids, twins Mady and Cara, started bickering and complaining as they worked on signs for the lemonade stand. One of them whined, “I like stuff we do with Mommy.” Jon, as though stung by this, immediately snapped, “Alright, you’re gonna go into the house. Both of you… You’re unappreciative.” Only the sextuplets were allowed to go to the firehouse and sell lemonade. The punishment didn’t fit the crime.
At one point, the fireman raised a truck ladder high into the sky and we heard one of those comments that used to make “Jon & Kate” such a pleasure. As the ladder rose, one of the kids chirped to a fireman, “You’re gonna hurt the birds!”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt donated $6.8million for charity in 2008
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie gave a whopping $6.8million to good causes in 2008.
Their Jolie-Pitt Foundation raised over $13million last year.
Of that figure, over half was handed out to various charities, according to a tax return obtained by the Hollywood Reporter.
Among the recipients were Global Health ($2million), Human Rights Watch ($1million) and Brad's Make it Right Foundation ($1million).
The donations made by Angelina, 33, and Brad, 45, last year were more than double the amount they allocated to charitable organisations in 2007.

'New Moon' Deserves Oscar Nominations
Could two disparate 2009 news stories combine to make an unlikely third? In June, the Academy of Arts and Sciences announced that the Oscars' Best Picture category would expand from five films to 10. And this past week, "New Moon" opened to a staggering $140.7 million at the domestic box office. Is it possible that a vastly more inclusive Oscar race could welcome Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's vampire saga to its esteemed contest?
Critics certainly reacted strongly — and often negatively — to "New Moon," but moviegoers came out in droves, and after the mega blockbuster "The Dark Knight" failed to nab a Best Picture nod in 2008, the Academy might be looking to make a change. Or not. The idea of vampires joining the likes of Nelson Mandela seems a bit of a stretch. Yet the Twilighters MTV News spoke to at a recent fan event in Times Square were certain "New Moon" deserved some Oscar love.
"They always give the [nominations] to the boring movies," said Vanesa Reyes, who said she and her friends planned to see the movie four or five times over its first weekend. "Let's give young people a chance to win some Oscars. It's time for a change."
Kim Cawthorne argued such a change has been building for a while. "If 'Twilight' got all this publicity for winning awards at the MTV Movie Awards and other awards shows, then obviously 'New Moon' is going to get it," she said, clutching an Edward Cullen pillow she'd just purchased. "I think all of the movies are going to keep getting it in the years to come."
Of course, a committed fanbase is no harbinger of serious awards-season respect. The "Harry Potter" franchise has never won an Oscar and has only been nominated in secondary categories for music and art direction. But none of that matters to the Twilighters, each of whom argued passionately that "New Moon" deserves some nominations — not just as Best Picture but in other categories as well.
"I think Taylor Lautner [should be nominated]," said Jhanel Huggett. "I really do. He did such an amazing job to transform, so I think he really deserves it."

Katie Price walk out of Celebrity jungle
Katie Price, aka Jordan, has walked out of “I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!” after the glamour model, celebrity and author was nominated by the public for a seventh “Bushtucker” (read creepy-crawly munch) trial in a row.
It would appear that her recent acrimonious divorce from singer Peter Andre, whom, ironically, she met on an earlier series of the reality TV show, has done little for her standing in the eyes of the British public. Some commentators think the 31-year-old should have seen this coming.
Her departure leaves the show without its most high-profile and headline-generating contestant. That makes it two after Irish twins John and Edward Grimes were voted off the X Factor singing contest last night. ITV will be watching closely to see if the exits translate to lower viewing figures for two of its biggest shows.

Twilight's 'New Moon' makes box office soaring
The film rakes in more than double 'Twilight's' launch and breaks records, an early gift for Hollywood.
Recession be damned, Hollywood is on its way to what could be its merriest holiday season ever, thanks to a group of undead teenagers.
"The Twilight Saga: New Moon" posted the third-largest opening in domestic box-office history, not accounting for ticket price inflation, having sold an estimated $140.7 million worth of tickets in the U.S. and Canada from Friday through Sunday. Only Warner Bros.' "The Dark Knight" and Sony's "Spider-Man 3" had bigger openings.
Summit Entertainment's "New Moon" smashed the previous record for a movie opening outside the summer event movie season and more than doubled the launch of the first "Twilight" movie last year.
Though the audience for the new movie was slightly older and included more men than its predecessor, crowds were still overwhelmingly female. The success of the "Twilight" DVD, released in March and the No. 1 seller this year, probably helped increase interest among adults and males and persuade more young women to see the sequel on the big screen.
The good news for the vampire series wasn't bad news for everyone else.
Several other pictures, including "The Blind Side" and "Precious," had strong weekends, driving overall domestic box-office receipts to their second-highest total ever on a non-holiday weekend.
"It's a really good sign for the industry," said Dan Fellman, president of domestic distribution for "Blind Side" distributor Warner Bros. "It just goes to show you good movies can expand the marketplace and we still have strong potential."
For Summit, which at less than 3 years old has very few hits under its belt, "New Moon" is a massive financial success. The movie grossed an additional $118.1 million in 25 foreign countries, giving it a worldwide launch total of $258.8 million. Studios typically keep about half of their films' domestic box-office receipts and 40% from overseas.
"New Moon" cost just under $50 million to produce, making it the least expensive movie ever to open to more than $200 million worldwide. Even including Summit's marketing costs, it is likely to start generating profit from box-office revenue alone, before hitting DVD, pay cable and the other post-theatrical markets where most successful films go into the black.
When "New Moon" broke the record for the biggest opening day in history on Friday, some in the industry thought fans of the first "Twilight" had simply shifted up attendance to the first day with the help of online ticketing.
But "New Moon's" 41% drop on Saturday was the same as its predecessor's, an indication that the vampire series' audience expanded significantly and that "New Moon's" box-office declines in the coming weeks will be similar to "Twilight's."
If it does enjoy the same multiple -- a comparison of final gross to opening -- as "Twilight," "New Moon" could end up grossing nearly $400 million domestically. ("Twilight's" domestic gross was $192.8 million.)
Still, "New Moon" will probably make the vast majority of its money in the next two weeks, leaving plenty of room in the market. That's good news for several other movies that found their audiences this weekend in the wake of the vampire film.
"The Blind Side," financed by Alcon Entertainment, generated the biggest opening ever for a Sandra Bullock movie, with $34.5 million.
It garnered an average audience grade of A-plus, according to market research firm CinemaScore; the only other film to do so this year was Pixar's "Up."
Word-of-mouth could drive "The Blind Side" to more than $150 million if, as Fellman predicted, it keeps playing well through Christmas.
Lionsgate's Sundance Film Festival purchase "Precious" continues to play extremely well, collecting $11 million as it expanded to 629 theaters in most major cities.
Numerous other pictures with big expectations are rolling out in the coming weeks, hoping this weekend's box-office momentum will continue. On Wednesday, Disney's "Old Dogs," Warner Bros.' "Ninja Assassin" and Fox's "The Fantastic Mr. Fox," which has performed well in four theaters for the last two weeks, will enter the fray.
December will see several highly anticipated movies, including Disney's animated "The Princess and the Frog," Paramount's "The Lovely Bones," Warner Bros.' "Sherlock Holmes" and Fox's "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel" and $300-million-plus event film "Avatar."
Although "New Moon" easily vanquished last weekend's No. 1 picture, "2012," domestically, Sony's $200-million disaster film held on much stronger overseas, grossing $100.5 million in its second weekend and bringing its worldwide total to $449.8 million.

Miley Cyrus Dressed as Prostitute for Birthday Party
Miley Cyrus has dressed up herself as Julia Roberts' prostitute character from the film Pretty Woman for her 17th birthday celebration party last Monday. The Hannah Montana star dressed as Julia’s prostitute character Vivian Ward at an 80s-themed celebration at New York’s Canal Room on Wednesday.
The singer-and-actress – who celebrates her birthday on Monday – was particularly delighted with the evening’s entertainment, a performance from Constantine Maroulis and the cast of Broadway musical Rock of Ages.
A source told America’s New York Post newspaper: "Miley had seen the show two weeks ago and loved it, so her mom Tish brought the cast in to surprise her.
"But I'm not sure who was more into Constantine - Miley or her mother.
“Between songs from the musical, Miley grabbed Constantine and danced with him at the front of the stage and then Tish joined in.”

Katrina Kaif and Abhishek Bachchan to team up for 'Italian Job' remake
Abbas-Mastan have finalized Katrina Kaif, Abhishek Bachchan and Neil Nitin Mukesh to headline their much anticipated remake of Hollywood's Italian Job (2003).
The director duo confirmed the attachment of the three stars for the film for which they have acquired rights from Paramount Pictures. The 2003 film was in turn a remake of the similarly named 1969 British film.
The trio will reprise the roles played by Mark Wahlberg, Edward Norton and Charlize Theron.
Back in July, it was reported that Saif Ali Khan will feature alongside Neil, but obviously that has changed now.
The film is about a team of thieves who plan to steal gold bullion from a former associate who double crossed them. The film shows the thieves pull off the flawless heist by creating Los Angeles largest traffic jam ever by tapping into the city's traffic control system.
The rest of the cast and crew for the Studio 18 production is yet to be finalized.
Abbas Mastan say they got this project because Studio 18 was impressed with their action sequences in Race (2008), starring Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna, Katrina Kaif and Bipasha Basu. The film will be seriously revamped and Indianized but retain its cult mode.
"Our producers are willing to go all out. No expenses will be spared to make sure our The Italian Job is as good as the original," said Abbas-Mastan.

Brit Singer Boy George to join Celebrity Big Brother
A famous Brit singer Boy George is set to join celebs in the Celebrity Big Brother house, it has emerged.
George, 48, had turned down offers to appear on the show in the past, but he has now decided to give it a go and it is rumoured he has bagged a 200,000 pounds fee for agreeing to sign.
“Boy George will be explosive – get ready for Celebrity Big Brother to finish with a bang,” the Daily Star quoted a source as saying.
The former Culture Club singer also revealed he is the happiest he has ever been and his stint in jail made him change for the better. “I had prison coming to me. It wasn’t that big a surprise, I kind of knew it was going to happen,” he said.
“I just thought: ‘I’m going to make this work for me.’ I got a job quite quickly and worked in the kitchen,” he added.
George, 48, had turned down offers to appear on the show in the past, but he has now decided to give it a go and it is rumoured he has bagged a 200,000 pounds fee for agreeing to sign.

Miley Cyrus Tour Bus Crashes And Kills Driver
A tour bus transporting Miley Cyrus's crew was involved in a deadly crash outside Richmond, Va., on Friday, killing the driver Bill Douglas.
Cyrus, 16, was not on any of the buses, PEOPLE has confirmed. The singer was actually en route to Nashville to spend some time at home before her show on Sunday in Greensboro, N.C. The show is set to go on as scheduled.
"It was one of our tour buses, but not Miley's,” her manager told TMZ. "It was one of our buses that transported our lighting crew."
A statement from the Cyrus family reads, "We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bill 'Uncle Bill' Douglas. Members of our tour are like members of our family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family in the midst of this tragedy. He will truly be missed."
The Cyrus entourage was using four buses to transport tour staff to Greensboro, North Carolina for a show on Sunday. At around 8:15am Friday, it ran off the road, hit an embankment and overturned.
Bill Douglas was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation is underway to determine exactly why the bus – part of a four vehicle caravan – drifted off the road and overturned. One person, presumed to be the bus driver, died, while nine other people sustained minor injuries.
The identity of the deceased will be released once next of kin is notified, according to a release from the Virginia state police.

Aishwarya walks out of Abhishek's Crooked
Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s production Crooked is set to go on the floors from January 14 next year. However, the Abhishek Bachchan starrer has no lead actress as Aishwarya, who was supposed to do the film, opted out citing date problems. Her dates for Crooked were colliding with Vipul Shah’s Action Replay. Since Action Replay is inching towards completion, Aishwarya had to give it priority, leaving her with no choice but to opt out of Crooked, directed by Abhinay Deo. It is a thriller which will be shot at different foreign locales.
Meanwhile, Farhan’s other production directed by Zoya Akhtar featuring Hrithik Roshan, Farhan and Abhay Deol is also stuck as it has no lead actress. The film’s shooting starts from April 5 in Spain. Ritesh says, “We are now looking for a completely new face in Crooked, which actually requires three new girls. We also need a fresh face either from London or New York for Hrithik in Zoya’s film.”
Farhan says, “Hrithik has been a true friend. I start directing Don 3 from September 2010, so Zoya’s film had to be completed before that. Hrithik adjusted his dates accordingly.”

Will Ferrell Tops List of Overpaid Stars
The end of the year is near so it must be time for another Forbes list. This one gives Will Ferrell the dubious honor of landing atop the rundown of Hollywood's Ten Most Overpaid Stars.
Forbes says it arrived at the results by taking the 100 biggest stars in Hollywood and calculating each of their estimated earnings on each film, including up-front pay and any earnings from the film's box office receipts, DVD and TV sales. Then, Forbes looked at each movie's estimated budget (not including marketing costs) and box office, DVD and television earnings to figure out an operating income for each film.
Each star's compensation on his or her last three films and the operating income on those films were then added and the total operating income divided by the star's total compensation to come up with a return-on-investment number.
Land of the Lost surely didn't help things for Ferrell, but a surprise in second place is Ewan McGregor, who doesn't earn as much as some of the others on the list but whose recent films have performed poorly. For every dollar McGregor was paid, his films earned an average $3.75, Forbes estimates.
Also on the list are Eddie Murphy, Tom Cruise, Drew Barrymore and Leonardo DiCaprio.

"New Moon" star Kristen Stewart says "be extreme"
In movi "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," lovelorn character Bella Swan gets dumped by her vampire man, sinks into depression and later flies to Italy to pursue him. While that may sound too extreme, actress Kristen Stewart thinks Bella is setting a good example to girls.
"New Moon" debuts in theaters on Friday, and the sequel to last year's "Twilight" is expected to have an opening weekend as extreme as its storyline, judging by early interest.
It is the top advance ticket seller of all time for online outlet Fandango.com, and by Tuesday afternoon, MovieTickets.com was reporting nearly 2200 sold-out shows.
At a Los Angeles premiere, thousands of fans screamed and waved signs for their favorite actors. Social networking website MySpace carried a live stream of the event and lured nearly 3 million viewers.
The first "Twilight" made $384 million at worldwide box offices with its tale of high school student Bella (Stewart) falling in love with vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson). But in "New Moon," he breaks her heart and leaves for Italy.
Months pass as Bella sits despondent at her window during the day and screams in her bed at night. In between, she finds solace with her friend Jacob Black, a werewolf.
Later, when an unexpected visitor tells Bella that Edward is in danger, she hops on a plane to Italy to save him.
When asked if Bella's actions set a bad example for the 13 year-old girls who will be a big part of its audience, Stewart said she thinks the film's message is a good one.
"Be extreme," Stewart said. "Go for it. I think that's the point. I know that this is a movie about immortality and mortality but, like, you live once."
The "Twilight" film series, of which "New Moon" marks the second installment, is based on a series of best-selling books by author Stephenie Meyer, which her publisher says have sold 85 million copies worldwide.
Many fans of the four "Twilight" books are girls in their teenage years and younger. Bella, who narrates the books, is the character with whom they identify.
" Kristen Stewart has a lot of really innate female qualities," "For a character in literature, she think it's awesome that so many girls can look up to her, because she's fickle and unabashedly."
In the books and the movies, Bella and Edward debate whether he should bite her and transform her into a vampire who will live forever, like him.
While Stewart has her view on the film's message, "New Moon" director Chris Weitz, who made 2007 fantasy "The Golden Compass" and teen comedy series "American Pie," differs.
I’m A Celebrity: Katie Price to be trapped in a human-sized bottle for second Bushtucker trial
Katie Price will complete her second Bushtucker Trial on tonight’s episode of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
The glamour model was voted by the public for the second day running after a dismal performance in yesterday’s Deathly Burrows trial.
After suffering from a panic attack, the 31-year-old only managed to collect four stars.
She will get another chance to win food for the celebrity campers in tonight’s Celebrity In A Bottle trial.
Upon being nominated by the public, Jordan said: "What the hell are they going to put me through? I knew it.
"I said I'd do it again didn't I? It is so out of order."
In last night’s show Katie had to be rescued by medics after being submerged in a tank of water – her greatest fear.
Katie later said: “I feel absolutely gutted that I couldn’t get more stars. As soon as that water came, it reminded me of my swimming accident and I thought I couldn’t breathe so I had to get out of there.”

Taylor Lautner Panties Dominate 'Jay Leno' And 'The Tonight Show'
It was all about the Taylor Lautner panties on the late night circuit Monday, as both Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner himself dished about the laughable lingerie in separate talk show appearances.
First up was the always-dapper Taylor sporting a gray suit and skinny tie on "The Jay Leno Show." When asked about his most shocking fan encounter, Taylor had a hard time choosing just one, but settled on this unsettling encounter:
"We were at an autograph signing," he began. "There was a mother who was like in her mid-40s and a little teenage daughter. And the mother, she's getting ready, she's up next, she's like shaking and doing this dance and rubbing her hands, and she's getting all ready. And the daughter, she's just chilling [crosses arms]. And [the event supervisors] go, 'All right, you're up.' The mother skips on up. She goes, 'Excluse me, Taylor.' She grabs, my wrist. 'I'm wearing the Team Taylor panties right now. Is there anyway I can take them off for you and have you sign them quick?' And the daughter goes 'Mom, come on!' "
Taylor also divulged where he and his fellow "New Moon" cast members liked to chill to avoid rabid fan attention while filming in Vancouver. "My hangout was the senior citizen bowling alley," he divulged. "It worked really. The balls, they're like really tiny and you can hold them in your hands. And there's only like five pins. I mean, there's nobody under the age of 80 there."
In addition to an exclusive clip from "New Moon" (which we'll get to in a minute), Jay brought out some rare footage of Taylor singing on Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey's show "The Nick and Jessica Variety Hour." The much-younger (and less beefy) Taylor donned mouse ears and a t-shirt reading "Joel" to sing the Mickey Mouse song. Aw, so cute! Oh yes, and the exclusive clip. It was an extended scene of Jacob jumping into Bella's window, ending with his now-famous line, "Have you ever had a secret you couldn't tell anyone?" Besides two very short lines of dialogue, it was nothing we hadn't seen before.
Next up was Kristen on "The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien" where the 19-year-old, looking pretty in a white and black bustier dress and shiny black pumps, debuted her new ink: a Bella tattoo. OK, OK`, so it was just a stick figure she drew on her hand, but it added a certain rocker chick vibe to the ensemble.
When asked about the weirdest piece of "Twilight" merchandise she'd ever seen, Kristen gave a very familiar answer. "I think it's weird that we have underwear with Taylor's face on it," she replied. She's also not too impressed with the Bella doll (different from the Bella Barbie), which she says doesn't look much like her. "She's very well endowed," she said with a laugh.
Kristen also talked about how passionate the Italian "Twilight" fans were, remembering once even being carried out of a bookstore. "Wait, who was carrying you out?" interjected Conan. "I hope one of your people." "Yeah, totally," Kristen responded, gaining a laugh from the audience. "I thought they were like, 'I will-a take-a you home now,' " Conan replied in an affected Italian accent, mimicking carrying Kristen away like a sack of pasta.
KStew concluded her appearance by running her fingers through Conan's hair, a tradition costar Nikki Reed began during her late night appearance last year. How epic would that be if Robert Pattinson and Conan caressed each other's locks? One can only hope, I suppose.
The "New Moon" stars will be appearing on talk shows all week, so keep reading Hollywood Crush's Twilight Watch for the latest.

Megan Fox says 'I'm not a tigress like Angelina Jolie'
Megan Fox has said that comparing her to Angelina Jolie is completely unrequited.
The ''Jennifer''s Body'' star has been frequently compared to the Tomb Raider star owing to their similar looks and penchant for wild statements. However, the ''Transformers'', star has insisted that they are poles apart.
"People compare me to Angelina Jolie, and she''s so serious and stoic. I''m the opposite," Contactmusic quoted Megan, 23, as saying.
"I''m not a tigress like Angelina. Of course, people want me to be. But I want to be the contradiction of that," she added.
Megan - who was caught in a furore after she compared ''Transformers'' director Michael Bay to Nazi party leader Adolf Hitler - blamed the comparisons with Jolie for people taking her too seriously.
"When I do interviews, I say things that I think are hysterical. But because we live in a world of sound bites, you''re not allowed to have a sense of humour."Sarcasm doesn''t translate in print at all. And neither does self-deprecating humour," she said.
Megan also said that she had doubts about her own acting skills, unlike Oscar-winner Angelina.
"I don''t know if I''m talented, I don''t know what I can do or can''t do. I had no skills at all. As a child, I had it in my head that I was supposed to be doing this, and then I did it. But I didn''t know what I was doing," she told the New York Times.

Janet Jackson Blames Doctor for Michael Jackson's Death
Janet Jackson is very clear about who she thinks should be held responsible for the tragic death of her brother, Michael Jackson.
Dr. Conrad Murray "was the one that was administering [propofol]," she says in a new interview with Robin Roberts on ABC News, referring to the powerful anesthetic that killed the star. "I think he is responsible."
Murray, who has admitted administering propofol to the singer, has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
Janet Jackson, 43, also describes how she found out her brother had been rushed to the hospital – and how she later learned the shocking news that he'd passed away.
"I was at my house in New York. You know, another day. Another morning. And I get a call ... [My assistant] said, 'Your brother's been taken to the hospital. It's on CNN right now,'" Janet tells Roberts. "I called everyone's … There's a line busy or someone wasn't picking up. I spoke to mother. I spoke to Tito. I spoke to my nephew Austin. I spoke to my sister La Toya.
"I told them to call me when they got to the hospital. And I remember thinking nobody's calling me back, so I tried calling again, and that's how I found out that he was no longer ... I couldn't believe it," she said. "It just didn't ring true to me. It felt like a dream."
Even now, she says, "It's still so difficult for me to believe. It's, you know, you have to accept what is. But it's hard. You have to move on with your life. You have to accept what is and I understand that."
As for how she's coping she says, "It's been a tough year … And a day doesn't go by that I don't think about him."

Kristen Stewart Flip Flops On Her 'New Moon' Vote
If you're keeping tally of where the "Twilight" trinity's alliances lie in the embittered Team Jacob vs. Team Edward debate, you may need to do a recount. Sure, it's pretty safe to assume beefy Taylor Lautner is firmly in the Team Jacob camp (duh!). And last year Robert Pattinson surprisingly admitted his preference for the wolf as well, saying at a Q&A session, "I'd go with Jacob. Jacob is way more interesting." But then there's Kristen Stewart who seems to be having a hard time making up her mind.
Previously reported to be a Team Jacob acolyte, the 19-year-old may be a flip-flopper. "I think the whole point of the story is that there isn't a wrong choice," the diplomatic actress told MTV News during a press junket in Beverly Hills. "I go back and forth from being Team Edward and Team Jacob all the time. That's the story," she continued.
"The story wouldn't exist if there wasn't, like, a genuine argument for why she should be with both sides."
But don't chalk one up for Team Switzerland just yet. Though Bella's BFF is logically a better bet, Kristen agrees with many "Twilight" fans that there's just something undeniable about Edward. "On paper, I think Jacob's probably better for her," she explained. "There's ease. He's her best friend. She's always smiling around him. She's safe with him. But there's just something about Edward. It's just that sort of indescribable thing that she can't live without. I think, put in that position, I would have to go with Edward." Now if only we knew her stance on Team Rob...

Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid Remake With John Travolta & Tom Cruise
After reports surfaced that John Travolta wanted to do a remake of the classic film 'Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid,' PopEater teamed up with Access Hollywood's AH Nation to see if people liked the idea. However, 41K votes were cast and a whopping 81 percent said "leave this masterpiece alone."
The ‘Pulp Fiction’ actor has been talking to Tom Cruise about the possibility of re-shooting the classic cowboy adventure, which contributed to establishing Paul Newman and Robert Redford as classic Hollywood actors in the titular roles.
John said: "Someone came up with a good idea - it was a remake of ‘Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid’ - and there was a rumor that we were gonna do that, and I said to Tom, 'It's not a terrible rumor, it's not a bad idea.'"
Tom and John – who are both dedicated members of the bizarre sci-fi cult Scientology – have reportedly already met with scriptwriters and the film may be made by Tom’s United Artists Studio.
Tom is said to be keen to take on the role of bank robber Sundance, while John is keen to reprise Robert’s role of The Kid.
The film is reportedly special to Tom and earlier this year a source said he was excited by plans to remake the film.
A source said: “Butch and Sundance is a labor of love for Tom. He was eight years old when he saw the original and it made an impression that has stayed with him all his life. He can’t wait to get to work.”
“It has been a pet project of his that has been on the back-burner for years. But now he’s ready to go, and will most likely happily eschew the enormous salary that he normally commands.”

Something has happened to Kristen Stewart on her trip around Europe to hype 'New Moon.' The grungy gurrrl look (jeans, punk rock shirts, more jeans) is gone and has been replaced by a skin-showing and daring fashionista. From Paris to London to Madrid, the actress is breaking out a new designer look. Last night, she took a chance, and we're not quite sure how to feel about it.
For publisity of 'New Moon', fans event in Madrid on Thursday, Stewart donned a layered top and skirt, showing a bit of front-and-side cleavage and what appears to be her underwear through the sheer panels.

Katie Price becomes the first celebrity to return to the jungle
Peter Andre talks to re-enter the I'm A Celebrity, this week has seen a surprising turn in events as his ex-wife Katie Price has announced that she will be returning to the show for this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. However the glamour model has already succeeded in getting the backs of her fellow contestants up after it was revealed that she will receive 5 times more money for appearing on the show.
Other I’m A Celebrity contestants this year include ex-Eastender Lucy Benjamin, Kim Woodburn from Kim and Aggie “How Clean Is Your House” fame, former glamour girl Sam Fox, Strictly Come Dancing’s Camilla Dallerup, and home makeover couple Justin Ryan and Colin McAllister amongst other. All of which are reported to be receiving in the region of £65,000 each to appear on the show, whereas Katie Price has signed deal which will see her bring home £350,000 from her stint in the jungle.
A friend of one of the contestants spoke out about the massive contrast in pay deals saying, “This is really taking the mick. We were pushing for more cash but were told things were tight this year. Now we know why.” ITV knows Katie is a ratings winner and her presence on the show will boost its profile no end, hence the massive pay-out.
Despite the lucrative deal, Katie won’t even enter the jungle until a week after the other contestants. The reason for the delay is said to be because the mum of three had prior commitments in the US, unofficially it’s been rumoured that’s she’s stopping off in LA to top up on Botox before her TV stint.
On her last outing on the ITV show in 2004, Katie met Peter Andre whom she married later that year.

Leonardo DiCaprio's 35th birthday
L.L. lived up to her Most Valuable Partyer status last night, when she hit Villa for Leonardo DiCaprio's 35th birthday bash.
But maybe she's embarrassed about taking top partying props?
She tried unsuccessfully to hide behind a jacket as she entered and exited the club.
Surely she couldn't be shy about being snapped attending Leo's soiree? After all, the two have been spending quality time together lately...
Late Saturday night, the actress was photographed leaving his Hollywood Hills house around 4:30 a.m.
Sounds like a potential hookup, huh? After all, both Leo and Linds are single these days.
But according to Gossip Cop, she was just attending an afterparty at his home along with 20 other friends, so that relationship remains to be seen. (Plus the Villa rep swears the two didn't look romantic together.)
Meanwhile, Linds wasn't the only guest trying to go incognito at Villa.

Taylor Swift Sweeps the CMAs
A four-time winner, the 19-year-old singer Taylor Swift Sweeps beats out the heavyweights for entertainer of the year.
Taylor Swift opened the show with a winning performance – but the 19-year-old singer had to wait until the end of the Country Music Assocation Awards telecast Wednesday night to collect the biggest honor: entertainer of the year.
Sobbing as she took the stage of Nashville's Sommet Center, Swift – the youngest-ever winner of the CMA's top trophy – called her band to join her onstage. "I will never forget this moment because in this moment everything I have ever wanted has just happened to me," she said.
It was a monumental night for Swift, who took home four awards in total, including album of the year for her smash hit Fearless and, in an upset, female vocalist of the year, beating out the night's co-host, Carrie Underwood.
Swift launched the evening with a spirited rendition of "Forever and Always," about stormy relationships. The performance seemed to nod to the feverish attention paid to her dating life – she has been linked to Joe Jonas and, most recently, Taylor Lautner – and began with a taped interview between the 19-year-old singer and Access Hollywood's Nancy O'Dell.
"If guys don't want me to write bad songs about them, then they shouldn't do bad things," Swift remarked in the taped segment, before the action cut away to the stage, where she threw furniture, slid down a poll and tossed her hair wildly.

Mike Tyson Arrested at Los Angeles
Former World Heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport, police confirmed he was reported to have punched a photographer.
Police said the troubled 43-year-old had been detained following an altercation at the airport's terminal seven.
Mike Tyson once styled himself "the baddest man on the planet" was held after an "altercation."
Local broadcast reports said Tyson had struck a paparazzi photographer.
The incident comes after a difficult year for Tyson, who suffered personal tragedy in May when his four-year-old daughter died after accidentally strangling herself with a loose cord on a treadmill.
Tyson exploded on the boxing scene in the mid-1980s, becoming the youngest heavyweight champion in history in 1986 at the age of 20.
Considered unbeatable for the rest of the decade, Tyson's career went off the rails when he suffered a shock upset to James "Buster" Douglas in 1990.
In 1992, Tyson was convicted of raping a beauty queen at a pageant in Indianapolis, Indiana. He served three years of a six-year sentence and was released in 1995 - and has always denied raping the woman.
"Iron Mike" reclaimed the heavyweight throne but lost to Evander Holyfield in 1996 and notoriously bit Holyfield's ears twice in a 1997 rematch, adding banishment to his ridicule.
Tyson was jailed again in 1999 for assaulting two people following a traffic accident. Tyson filed for bankruptcy in 2003 and retired after losses to Britain's Danny Williams in 2004 and American Kevin McBride in 2005.
Tyson was also sentenced in 2007 to 24 hours in jail and three years of probation after pleading guilty to charges of drug possession and driving under the influence in Arizona.

Bollywood Actress Shilpa Shetty to wed in style
What do Bollywood actresses do when film offers start dwindling? They tie the knot with a millionaire, of course. On November 22, Shilpa Shetty, 34 is set to marry fiancé Raj Kundra in Khandala reports the IANS. Details of the nuptials that have leaked out promise an event befitting a queen.
Shilpa’s keeping her favourite designers happy by getting each of them to design for an event, of which there are several. The cherry on top goes to leading designer Tarun Tahiliani who is working hard to make a stunning wedding dress. Meanwhile top chef Andy Verma is busy preparing a memorable menu for which he will be especially flown in.
The groom, who has been married before, is planning to arrive at the wedding in a chariot.
While Shilpa deals with the umpteen details of her big day, there is something that is weighing heavily on her mind: her sister Shamita knows nothing about the engagement or impending marriage. Shamita is locked up in the Bigg Boss house, India’s version of Big Brother and thinks the marriage is sometime in December by when the show is expected to end. Channel bosses have approached parent show Big Brother to figure out how to bend the rules and evict Shamita (if the audience doesn’t do so) in time for the wedding. Changing the date is not an option because Shilpa’s mother has consulted an astrological chart and the next auspicious date is months away. Will Shamita make it to her sister’s wedding?

Bollywood Catfight - Shazahn Padamsee v/s Gauhar Khan
Shazahn Padamsee and Gauhar Khan might be making their acting debut in Shimit Amin’s Rocket Singh - Salesman of the Year, but they are already well-versed with starry airs that Bollywood actresses are expected to have. Both the actresses claim to be the lead actress in the Ranbir Kapoor starrer.
Recently, during the wrap up party of the film, both the actresses refused to greet each other and made a conscious effort to stay away from each other. A source from the unit said, “Shazahn has been the hot topic on the sets, especially because of the way she has been publicising herself. The film is not a love story in which she can play the lead. It is a completely different genre where one cannot play the lead opposite the protagonist (Ranbir). We wonder what dancing and acting classes she was talking about when she barely shot for four days. Gauhar has been silent because she knows about the length of her role.”
Incidentally, Gauhar has shot for four months for the film. When asked about the cold vibes between her and Gauhar, Shazahn said, “I haven’t shot with Gauhar. I have only shot with Ranbir and he is a good friend of mine.” Commenting on who plays the lead actress, Shazahn said, “I have nothing bad to say about anyone. It was a great experience working in this film and I have nothing to complain about.”
About Gauhar shooting for four months while she has only shot for four days, Shazahn said, “It is not the number of days we shoot for that defines our work. It’s about your character in the film and once the audience sees the film, they can decide for themselves.”
Meanwhile, Gauhar said, “I have never interacted with Shazahn professionally or socially. We have only shot for one scene together.” When asked who plays the lead in the film Gauhar said, “All I can say is that Shazahn is opposite Ranbir. About who plays the lead, I leave it to the audience to watch the film and then decide. The one who stays in the audience’s mind is more important.”

Kate Winslet Worth £60 Million - Britain's Third Highest Paid Celebrity
Kate Winslet may have just nabbed her first Oscar and co-starred in the biggest film of all time but now Kate Winslet can be proud to say that she comes with a price tag... £60 million to be exact.
Well, that's her apparent worth to the British economy, according to the UK Film Council, after Kate Winslet became the first actor to be "audited". In a bid to develop a formula for assessing the value of a "creative person", the Film Council turned to the 34-year-old because of she has a strong track record and is well known abroad.
Known as the 'Winslet algorithm' (how catchy is that?), the audit assessed salaries, profile and "box-office effect" on tourism and entertainment sales to find the figure. It may now be used to work out the value of other famous faces, including The Dark Knight star Christian Bale and current 007, Daniel Craig.
Winslet is currently Britain's third-highest paid actor - earning £6 million for Finding Neverland - with Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe and Hugh Grant earning £8.2 million and £7.5 million respectively for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Two Weeks Notice.

Angelina Jolie - Salt Trailer Officially Released
The Trailer of Angelina Jolie's new film Salt has finally been released. Salt stars Angelina Jolie, and if the Salt trailer is any indication of what the film is about, this could put Jolie back into the genre that has treated her so well. Angelina Jolie really showed that she could play an action oriented character well in Wanted, and with her role in Salt she is bringing that familiar flavor. Salt could really turn into one of the bigger action films of 2010, and the first trailer was released a bit early to create some buzz and excitement way in advance.
From the looks of the first trailer for Salt, it looks like Jolie is playing a character that is at first caught out of her element, but is soon forced to defend herself against accusations from a Russian spy. Her character works for the CIA and as Evelyn Salt, serves as an interrogator early on in the preview. When something is revealed that questions her job at the CIA, Evelyn Salt is forced to react quickly, and it appears that this sets up a cat and mouse game full of intrigue and a lot of action that will let Angelina Jolie really fight her way out of the situation on screen.
Angelina Jolie was very entertaining in the film Wanted, and it seems that she will get to do many stunts in Salt as well. That's a good thing, because even back in the Tomb Raider movies, Jolie was always good in the action sequences. Those films fell short because of their stories, not because of Jolie, and it’s really nice to see her embracing the action genre once again.
Salt will hit theaters on July 23rd, 2010, and it looks safe to assume that Angelina Jolie could have another hit on her hands with Salt.

Magan Fox doesn’t notice people finding her attractive
Megan Fox, who is regularly voted among the world’s sexiest actresses – claims she leads too much of a quiet life with her boyfriend Brian Austin Green to notice other people’s responses to her appearance.
The ‘Transformers’ star said: “I don’t really experience it because I’ve been in the same relationships forever.
“I stay at home most of the time, but I guess I’m not complaining. Nobody in their right mind would complain. It’s great.”
Megan - who has dated the actor since they met on the set of US TV show ‘Hope and Faith’ in 2004 - has often claimed to be insecure about how she looks, and hit out at good-looking celebrities who use their beauty as a “mask”.
She said: “I’ve met endless so-called beautiful people who don’t seem to have personalities or a direction in life.
“They’ve never been forced to develop their characters because they’re viewed as being so attractive. So I think beauty can be a mask.”

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart Hits Hollywood with 'New Moon'
"New Moon" mania took over the Hollywood & Highland Center on Friday night, as one of the first stops on the movie's nationwide Hot Topic promotional tour kicked off with an event featuring concerts by bands from the film's soundtrack, laughs with the cast, and a special appearance by the film's three biggest stars.
"Thank you to you guys," gushed Robert Pattinson, taking the stage alongside Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner in front of hundreds of shrieking, black-T-shirt-clad fans. "Without you, 'Twilight' wouldn't be anywhere."
Well, on Friday night, it was everywhere. In two different storefronts, autographs were being signed by the likes of Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene and members of the Wolfpack and the Volturi. In the main courtyard, Death Cab for Cutie, Band of Skulls, Sea Wolf and Anya Marina each rocked the stage for a few songs, promoting the "New Moon" soundtrack. Fans wrapped around the enormous outdoor mall like some sort of shrieking Team Edward anaconda.
"It's a massive phenomenon, not because people are into vampires, but because it's this love story that touches everybody," Marina explained. "I just saw the final cut [of 'New Moon'] last night. It's really great!"
Judging from the ear-shattering response of the fans, the cast Q&A was just as great. Billy Burke, Ashley Greene, Jamie Campbell Bower, Elizabeth Reaser, Kellan Lutz, Cameron Bright, Nikki Reed, Chaske Spencer, Kiowa Gordon, Alex Meraz and Bronson Pelletier all jockeyed for space on the crowded stage, waving to fans and smiling as they answered questions that usually started with "What's your favorite...?"
Movie? Burke chose the original "Willy Wonka," Bright picked "Saving Private Ryan," Greene enjoys "Breakfast at Tiffany's," while Kellan Lutz (clad in a "Team Emmett" shirt) selected the never-before-compared duo of "Casablanca" and Tarsem Singh's trippy 2006 flick "The Fall."
"We'll talk about 'Eclipse,' because I'm actually in 'Eclipse,' " laughed Nikki Reed at one point, referencing Rosalie's minimal "New Moon" screentime. "We got to shoot my whole flashback sequence, which was cool."
Wrapping up the night, each star was asked what they would want to do in Los Angeles if their fame didn't prevent them from walking the streets unbothered. "I'd like to take a walk on the beach with Nikki Reed," teased Reaser. "I'd prowl the streets in the nude," added the always-outrageous Jamie Campbell Bower.
"I have a pretty good feeling that we'd be having game night at my house," smiled Greene, looking over at Lutz and saying they'd be enjoying a rousing round of Taboo.
Playing along, Lutz -- who can work a crowd of Twilighters better than a politician at a rally -- said he'd still want his several hundred closest friends to come along. "I'd invite over all you guys too," he said to approving applause.

Michael to Release "Everything" on Lindsay Lohan
Again, Michael Lohan has come out swinging against daughter Lindsay, who he claims he's trying to help but is really just humiliating with each publicity-crazed outburst.
This time, in response to Lindsay's Twitter attack on him yesterday (for releasing recordings of her phone calls to him), he says she's just "grasping at straws."
"When she gets angry she lashes out," Michael says. Wonder why ...
Naturally, Michael is defending his release of the Lindsay phone call tape, saying he did it because she belongs in rehab and the end justifies the means, or something.
Unfortunately for Lindsay, Michael is so "upset" about his daughter "calling him out" on Twitter, he's planning to release "everything" he has on her. Compassionate.
That supposedly includes texts of what a great father he is. Riiiight.
Michael Lohan did own up to doing drugs, which Lindsay Tweeted about in her rant yesterday: "I got my life back on track. I want her to get her life back on track."
Not sure how trashing your girl on every site or program that'll have you is what we'd call "getting your life back on track," but whatever helps you sleep at night.
Shockingly, Lindsay and mom Dina have not been in contact with him since this feud erupted. Well, with the exception of the protective order her lawyer is seeking.

Jose Canseco in celebrity boxing match with Pittsfield fighter organized by Celebrity Boxing Federation

The fight is being presented by the Celebrity Boxing Federation at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel.
Also fighting tonight is Rodney King, 44, the motorist who was infamously beaten by Los Angeles police in 1991. He is set to fight in the undercard match against David Fesko, a South Hadley native and former forward with the Springfield Slamm basketball team.

Britney Spears touches down in Australia
Britney Spears' Circus tour has officially touched down in Australia.
"Longest flight ever but we had a great time ... So excited to be here," Britney's interns Twittered upon landing in Sydney just after 6 a.m. Thursday.
Spears then promptly boarded another jet bound for Perth, where the pop star will perform the first of 15 shows scheduled in the country on Friday.
Of course, this is Britney Spears, so you know there will always be some controversy with her. She's already getting criticism in the Australian media.
Why? For lip-synching much of her shows while charging up to $1,360 for tickets. Fair, but think of the wardrobe malfunctions you get for that $1,360!
Brit-Brit didn't leave L.A. without a minor ruckus, either. She was seen trying to go through security at LAX airport sucking down a huge Big Gulp drink.
This is a big no-no. Ordinary citizens are not allowed to bring open beverages through security. And besides, all that caffeine and sugar is bad for you.
The one-woman stimulus package is bringing quite an entourage with her: 225 crew members, 45 band members and dancers, and 15 circus performers made the trip to Australia, where she will hire 150 local workers per city.
Controversies aside, Australia is in for a treat.
As soon as the "3" music video flashes on screen and Britney starts disrobing, gyrating, panting and lip-synching like a madwoman, all will be forgotten.

Happy Birthday, Kevin Jonas!
What do you get a young man that has everything?
Singing stud Kevin Jonas turns 22 today, but the THG staff can't figure out what to get the star for his birthday.
Kevin Jonas with Vanessa Anne Hudgens, Nicholas Jonas, Ashley Tisdale and Joseph Jonas celebriting his birthday in California.
This is someone that already has good looks, money, a loving family and a beautiful fiancee. Heck, he probably even has a PlayStation 3!
With that in mind, all we can offer Jonas is our heartiest congratulations on turning 22. We wish him and his brothers the best and encourage our readers to do the same.
This is the Kevin Jonas photo montage here, as we honor today's most adorable birthday boy... celebriting with his friends.

Rihanna's 'Good Morning America' Interview
In this age of 24-hour media, it's crazy to imagine that Rihanna has managed to go so long without really sitting down for an interview about the night of February 8, when she was assaulted by then-boyfriend Chris Brown. Friday night (November 6), she'll appear on ABC's "20/20" for a full sit-down interview with Diane Sawyer. A portion of that interview debuted on "Good Morning America" this morning, and the singer spoke tearfully about the aftermath. "People put me on a very unrealistic pedestal," she said. "And all these expectations ... I'm not perfect."
She was talking about the questions that arose when she and Brown were spotted vacationing together only three weeks after the assault, but she could have easily been discussing the way her music is currently being consumed.
The uphill battle for Rihanna is avoiding the "victim" tag in her return to the music world. So far, the new singles, images and video that she has produced for her new album Rated R cast her as a strong, independent, almost otherwordly woman. "I pitch with a grenade/ Swing away if you're feeling brave/ There's so much power in my name," she sings on "Wait Your Turn (The Wait Is Ova)." While the music we've heard so far is a little more deliberate than her past singles (and not nearly as catchy as something like "Umbrella" or "Disturbia"), there's an underlying toughness in her lyrics, as though she's daring everybody to question her spirit.
We won't know if Rihanna's entire musical focus has shifted until we hear the rest of Rated R (which hits stores November 23), but one thing is for sure: The perception of her music will certainly shift, at least for the time being. Plenty of people are already wondering why there weren't more direct references to Brown in the single "Russian Roulette," but that seems like an unfair set of expectations. She has gone through a traumatic event in a very public forum, and it's almost certain that whatever she felt in the aftermath exists in the subtext of whatever she's going to put out.
